Ruse Brasserie

From the team behind the highly-regarded District Brasserie, the newly established Ruse Brasserie aims to share a similar European-inspired all-day dining experience to the broader Parramatta community.

Designed by Paul Kelly Design, expansive indoor and outdoor spaces rich with tinted Blackbutt timbers, boutique tiled tables, and alluring brass highlights accentuate the tone of the venue.

The venue flows into multiple spaces providing patrons with an individualised experience with each visit. The bar is a modern-casual setting paying homage to the traditional brasserie style, with indoor and outdoor spaces offering both intimacy and atmosphere. Tucked away to the side of the bar is a private dining room featuring a purpose-built communal table and a walk-in wine cellar hosting the best wines Europe and Australian can offer.

Working in collaboration with Paul Kelly Design, Identity Furniture supplied the Ruse Brasserie with 87 pieces of highly custom furniture.

Our extensive custom work included:

• Titanic Communal Table with stained Vic Ash tabletop with a centre Blackbutt and Satin Copper Sheetmetal insert and custom elliptical frame bases wrapped in Copper Satin Sheetmetal.

• Ruse Drybars with custom tiled tabletop grouted with coloured epoxy, centre feature strip and custom zinc-plated steel frame powdercoated in a black finish with auto adjustable feet.

• Ruse Round Drybars with custom tiled tabletop grouted with coloured epoxy and custom zinc-plated steel frame powdercoated in a black finish with auto adjustable feet.

• Disc Tables with marble tabletop with a clear sealer, inset into a copper finished metal edge, custom zinc-plated steel disc base with auto adjustable feet, and table joiners fitted to the underside of the tabletop.

• Slatted Disc Tables with Blackbutt slats in a tinted oil finish inset into a copper finished metal edge, custom zinc-plated steel disc base with auto adjustable feet, and table joiners fitted to the underside of the tabletop.
